This site was created by Bruce Bassett.  I live on the outskirts of Seattle with my wife and two kids.  Ecoshift is a result of my frustration at the lack of effective carbon footprint tracking tools.  I compiled my own data using a spreadsheet program for a year before I decided it was time to dive into website development.

EcoShift does not ask for your name, your address or your phone number. You do need to supply a valid email address.

You have the option of entering quite a bit of footprint related data and some demographic data. That data is available to other users only if you choose to share.

I will not share your email address with any third party.  I also will not share your data in any way that would connect your data with your email address and I will not share your data at all if you have not opted to share.
